Refund Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, pending approval by Swift Auto Care's customer service team. To return or exchange items to Swift Auto Care, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@swift-autocare.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Customer is entitled to their choice of an exchange for like items, refund, or store credit, pending review of the condition of the returned goods, which is evaluated by a member of Swift Auto Care's customer service team.

All returned items must be brand new and sealed. Used items will not be accepted for return. Pre-paid return labels are only issued under specific circumstances. 

WARRANTY POLICY 

Swift Auto Care provides warranty pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be reasoning to deny warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturer defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. In the rare event of a defective product, please email info@swift-autocare.com for immediate assistance.
